How can I pay? What payment methods are available?

Your payment options might differ depending on your country and delivery address. You will find the available options in the payment section of the checkout.

What does 3DSecure process mean?

3DSecure is a method of protecting credit card payments. We are glad to offer: Verified by Visa (VbV) or MasterCard SecureCode (MCSC). This means your credit card is protected by your personal password against unauthorised use.

How do I use a voucher I have?

Within the last step of the checkout, there is a box to enter voucher codes. Once the voucher code being valid and applied to the order, you will see the total price adjusted based on the discount you receive. Only one voucher code may be used per order.

Is the transmission of my data secure?

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and always comply with the provisions of the laws on data protection. As a rule, all personal data will be treated confidentially. Your personal data is required for order processing, delivery of the goods and for the payment process. For the purposes of verification of your address and solvency, we might transmit your data to companies which render those services to us. To create an account, please first sign up and fill in all necessary details. You will receive an e-mail afterwards to confirm and to finalize the creation of your account.

What are the benefits of a customer account?

An account allows you can retrieve your order history at any time. You can place your orders more quickly as your billing and delivery address can be stored.

Can I pick up my order at a dealership, instead of having it delivered to me?

Currently we are not offering ship & collect.

Does the Skutta require assembly?

What should I do when encountered with charging problems?
