Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return all items purchased within 30 days of receipt. Please note, that returned goods should be unused and undamaged. If the quality of the goods is impaired, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly.

How do I package and return my order?

Step 1: Make sure your items are undamaged and properly packaged into the original packaging. Step 2: Contact <a href="https://www.husqvarna-mobility.com/contact">customer support</a> informing them of your return and reason. If valid, they will give access to the return portal. Step 3: Go to your account section within the webshop and start the online return process. Step 4: Download the return label and print it out. Step 5: If there are any pre-existing shipping labels or stickers on the box, please remove them. Step 6: Seal the box and attach the return label. Please make sure that the return label is visible as it will be scanned by the delivery company. Step 7: Take your package to the post office of the corresponding delivery company (e.g. DHL). Please keep the postal receipt until you receive an email informing you that the return has been received at our warehouse.

Are there any return fees?

For valid returns, you do not pay any return fees.

Where can I see the status of my return?

When you register a return online, you will receive a postage label. This label contains a tracking number that can be used to track the package on the delivery company website. Additionally, you can see the status of your return on the return history page of the webshop, which you can find in your account section.

How do I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund through the same payment method you selected when the order was placed.

When do I receive my refund?

Upon receiving all returns, our warehouse will process the items and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. We will credit the corresponding amount to your account no later than 14 days after the confirmation. The time for your refund to arrive to your account depends on your bank or credit card provider.

Can I exchange items?

Currently we are unable to offer an exchange service. Should you wish to receive an item in another, please return the unsuitable item for a refund, and place a new order for the alternative item.

I would like to make use of a warranty claim. What do I need to do?

To offer you best support possible, we suggest to visit one of our <a href="https://www.husqvarna-motorcycles.com/en-int/dealer-search.html" target="_blank">Urban Mobility dealerships</a> who will certainly support you with your warranty claim. What do I need to do, if I do not have the original packaging anymore?

As we need to make sure, that the items are shipped properly packaged, we kindly ask you to contact our <a href="https://www.husqvarna-mobility.com/contact">customer support</a> in this case. They will inform you about the rules for packaging to ensure a save transportation of your returned items.

What can I do, if I received a damaged item / package?

Unfortunately, this can sometimes happen and we are sorry if you received a damaged item or package. Please contact our <a href="https://www.husqvarna-mobility.com/contact">customer support</a> with your order number and a picture of the damage. They will inform you about the next steps.
