Can I change/cancel my order after I have placed it?

<p>Orders are automatically processed to get you your package in the fasted time. Unfortunately, this means orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed. If you no longer want the item, please get in touch with <a href="https://www.husqvarna-mobility.com/contact">customer support</a> to use the return option in case to send back the items. New articles can be purchased by sending a separate order.</p>

Can my delivery address differ from my billing address?

<p>Yes, different addresses can be submitted during the checkout process. Please note: We cannot ship to packstations or PO box addresses.</p>

Which countries do you deliver to?

<p>Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.</p>

How much does shipping cost?

<p>Shipping is currently free for all customers.</p>

Is express shipping available?

<p>At the moment we only offer standard shipping. (You can find the estimated delivery days under question: “How long will it take for my order to arrive?”)</p>

Where can I see the invoice of my order?

<p>You can view and download the invoice as a pdf file via the order history in your <a href="https://www.husqvarna-mobility.com/account/orders">account section</a> of the webshop. Additionally, your invoice is being sent via e-mail once the shipment of your order will be confirmed.</p>

Will I have to pay customs or import charges for my order?

<p>Currently we only ship within the EU. Therefore, deliveries are free from any customs charges.</p>

Can I track my order?

<p>Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This also contains the tracking number for your delivery. The delivery is carried out by an external provider (e.g. DHL) so you must use their website with your tracking number to get the latest information on your delivery.</p>

Can I change my address or parcel drop off location once the order is shipped?

<p>Most delivery companies allow you to alter the delivery address or select a drop off location. To do this, use your tracking number on the relevant delivery company website and look for the option to change details. This may require you to create an account on the website.</p>

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

What can I do in case my order arrives later than expected?

I received a wrong item - what do I need to do?

<p>Sometimes errors can happen in our logistics center. Please contact our <a href="https://www.husqvarna-mobility.com/contact">customer support</a> with the article number of the wrongly delivered item and a picture of the product.</p>

I haven't received a confirmation of my order / shipping yet. How can I check the status of my order?

<p>Sorry to hear you didn't receive a confirmation. You can additionally find the order and shipping information in the order history in your account section within the webshop. </p>
